The "walk of shame" becomes chic....

...or so The Times Online UK reports. In Alice B-B's amusing intellectualization of the resurgence of 90's I-don't-give-a-shit-style, she writes:

"Like recession-led 1990s grunge — a grubby response to the big hair and shoulder pads of the greedy 1980s — WOS chic is both a financial and style backlash against boom-time dressing and sanitised head-to-toe designer wear."

Sounds about right to me. I don't think I ever really left this phase, but then again, I do seem to be dead set on time-travelling back to 1993. I've thrown in a couple of street style from style.com's Glasto 2008 feature, just because they're awesome and I see no reason to be any more eloquent than that about the matter.
